After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Very impressed with Rhys. He was able to resolve the problem with my door in about 15 minutes, to my full satisfaction. He was also very pleasant & polite.
Daniel the engineer, punctual, friendly, quick, knowing exactly what was required to do the repair and carrying it out astonishingly fast. Arranging the repair on the phone was very efficient throughout. Cost steep in the circumstances but relieved to get the garage door working again.
